SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by Anywhere ATP LLC, doing business as Anywhere A&P (“we,” “us,” or “Anywhere A&P”). By checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, Anywhere A&P may send you text messages related to your inquiry and our courses — including eligibility follow-ups, appointment and call reminders, program information, and responses to your questions.
2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. The SMS consent box is optional and unchecked by default; you may submit any form without opting in.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and where you are in the enrollment process.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by and depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Anywhere A&P is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.
5. Opt Out & Help
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again.

6. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
7. Privacy
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
