    Terms & Conditions

    Effective Date: September 18, 2025

Governing Law: California, Virginia, and Tennessee

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in training programs offered by Anywhere ATP LLC, doing business as Anywhere Aero, Anywhere A&P, and JB Aeronautics (collectively, “the School”). By paying a deposit, tuition, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

Anywhere A&P is a brand of Anywhere ATP LLC. We are not a Part 147 school and we are not VA-approved. Training packages are valid for 18 months from enrollment; continued support beyond 18 months is at our discretion. In-person Oral & Practical sessions in Fresno, CA are attended at the participant's own risk — Anywhere A&P and Anywhere ATP LLC are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during in-person training. We make no guarantee of FAA exam results; pass / fail outcomes depend on the FAA, the Designated Mechanic Examiner, and the candidate.

    1. Deposits & Payments

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a training slot.
    • All tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to the first flight or class session.
    • If full payment is not received, the School may cancel enrollment and retain the deposit.

    2. Cancellations & Rescheduling by Student

    • More than 14 days prior to the scheduled start: Students may request to reschedule. If the original slot can be filled by another student (or the student provides a one-to-one replacement), the deposit will be applied to the new date. If not, the deposit is forfeited.
    • Within 14 days of the scheduled start: Cancellations or rescheduling requests will be considered case by case. If the slot cannot be filled, the deposit is forfeited.
    • Failure to appear without notice results in forfeiture of all payments.

    3. Rescheduling by the School

Training schedules may change due to:

    • Weather
    • Aircraft maintenance
    • Examiner (DPE) or instructor availability

    In such cases:

    • Students will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity.
    • No refunds will be issued.
    • The School will make reasonable efforts to notify students promptly.

    4. Instructor & Examiner Assignment

    • The School cannot guarantee assignment of a specific instructor, Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE), or Designated Mechanic Examiner (DME).
    • Assignments are made based on availability, safety, and FAA requirements.

    5. Student Responsibilities & Conduct

    • Students must arrive with proper documentation, endorsements, and prerequisites required by the FAA.
    • Professional behavior is expected at all times. The School may remove a student without refund for:
      • Misconduct
      • Violation of FAA regulations
      • Failure to meet training prerequisites

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • The School is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging, lost wages, or other consequential costs related to training schedule changes.
    • While training is conducted under FAA safety standards, aviation training carries inherent risks. By enrolling, students agree to hold the School harmless from claims arising out of training activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    7. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts in those jurisdictions.

    8. Acknowledgment

By submitting a deposit, making payment, or participating in training, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

    9. Anywhere A&P Training (FAA Airframe & Powerplant)

The following terms apply specifically to Anywhere A&P training programs (Written, Practical Only, and Complete tiers) offered under the Anywhere ATP LLC umbrella.

    • Training Validity (18 months): All A&P training packages, including study materials, advisor support, and scheduling assistance, are valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of enrollment. Candidates who do not complete training within that window may request continuation, but the School reserves the right to decline continued support at its sole discretion. No partial refunds are issued on the basis of unused time.
    • No Pass Guarantee: Anywhere A&P prepares candidates for the FAA written exams and the Designated Mechanic Examiner (DME) Oral & Practical, but makes no guarantee of passing any FAA exam. Pass / fail outcomes are determined solely by the FAA, the DME, and the candidate's individual performance. Retake support, where included in a tier, covers preparation only and does not waive third-party FAA or DME re-test fees.
    • In-Person Training Risk & Liability: Hands-on practical preparation and DME exam sessions take place at the School's facility in Fresno, California. Aviation maintenance work involves inherent risks including (but not limited to) cuts, burns, exposure to chemicals, lifting injury, and equipment hazards. By participating in any in-person session, the candidate assumes all such risks and agrees to hold Anywhere ATP LLC (and its brands Anywhere Aero, Anywhere A&P, and JB Aeronautics), its instructors, examiners, and partner facilities harmless from any claim of personal injury, property damage, illness, or consequential loss arising from in-person training, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants are required to follow all posted safety rules and instructor directions; violation may result in removal without refund.
    • Not VA-Approved / Not a Part 147 School: Anywhere A&P is not a Part 147 FAA-approved Aviation Maintenance Technician School and is not approved for direct VA Education Benefits. Candidates may use VA Licensing & Certification (L&C) reimbursement to cover FAA written and DME practical exam fees; eligibility and reimbursement determinations rest with the VA.

    10. Online Booking, Privacy & Communications

    Information Collection:

When booking online, students provide personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email, pilot certificates, and payment details). This information is used solely for enrollment, scheduling, billing, and communication purposes.

    Data Security:

The School uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

    Third-Party Services:

Payment processing and scheduling tools may be provided by third-party services. By using our booking system, students agree to their terms and policies as well.

    Electronic Communications:

By providing an email address or phone number, students consent to receive communications related to training, scheduling, billing, and other School matters by email, text, or phone. Students may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but operational communications are required to complete training.
