Anywhere ATP LLC, doing business as Anywhere Aero, Anywhere A&P, and JB Aeronautics (collectively “Anywhere ATP,” “Anywhere A&P,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use our Services:
Personal Information you provide:
When you fill out contact forms, sign up for newsletters, purchase training programs, or use chat support. This may include your name, email, phone number, billing information, and account login details.
Automatically collected information:
Through cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Go High Level (GHL), we collect data such as device type, browser, IP address, and website usage.
Training records & waivers:
For Anywhere A&P enrollment we collect FAA-required documentation (DD-214, MOS / AFSC / Rate descriptions, training records, OPRs / EPRs) so we can package the FAA Form 8610-2 on your behalf. Participants in in-person sessions in Fresno, CA also sign liability acknowledgments; these are retained as part of the enrollment record. We do not request or process health-related (HIPAA-protected) information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our Services (training programs, resources, and support).
- Process transactions and manage billing (via Stripe).
- Send newsletters, promotions, or updates you opt into.
- Personalize your experience and support account functionality.
- Analyze traffic and optimize marketing campaigns.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe, AWS, GHL, analytics platforms).
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- When it benefits you (e.g., financing, scheduling, or training partners), always with your knowledge and consent.
- Recruiter / employer introductions: Once you have earned (or are within sight of earning) your FAA A&P credential, we may share your name, contact information, and certification status with hiring partners — airlines, MROs, and military maintenance contractors — for the sole purpose of presenting employment opportunities. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by emailing us at the address in Section 10, and we will honor opt-out requests on a going-forward basis. We never share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or messaging consent as part of these recruiter or employer introductions; that information is used solely for our own two-way conversational messaging with you, and only with your explicit SMS consent.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Meta Ads) to improve performance, analyze trends, and personalize marketing. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
5. Data Security
We store information on secure servers (AWS) and take reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email marketing:
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
Account information:
You may request access, updates, or deletion of your account by contacting us atmain@anywhereaero.com.
California residents:
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may request access to or deletion of your personal information. We honor these rights whether or not you are a paying client.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Users
Our Services are designed for U.S. residents. If you access them from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be transferred and processed in the U.S.
9. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Anywhere A&P about your inquiry and courses (for example, eligibility follow-ups, call reminders, and program information). Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
